In February of 2002, The History Channel flew Guy Malone to Los Angeles to interview him as part of a special entitled "Ufos in the Bible." Producer Gabe Vandervort sent Malone a list of 10 questions he would like Guy to discuss, the answers to which were typed out beforehand, to rehearse from (which were posted below).
While grateful for the opportunity at first, please note that the special which aired DID NOT IN FACT faithfully represent Malone's answers, but instead merely spliced in certain things said to affirm the flawed premise of the show. for all 10 questions and answers What could have been the inspiration of the ancient artists of Nazca, Peru? On that I tend to go more with the idea that they mark waterways or connect mobile shrines from older times. They’re really not that ancient, most scholars clocking in at around 200 BC for their formation. They’re neat, but they’re just not in the class of technological marvels like the Pyramids or Stonehenge. They’re actually easy to make.
Photos Copyright Georges Rosset* Used by Permission The idea that they’re runways or landing pads is usually debunked by the fact that the soil itself is so soft and loose that the wheels of even a small airplane would sink into the ground, as would a small UFO on a tripod, and certainly a huge one couldn’t rest there. I do think it’s possible that the people of that time may have had exposure to the false gods we’re talking about and MAY have built them to get their attention. But it doesn’t look like they succeeded because there’s really not much else in that part of the world that connects to all the other ancient wonders, or proof of the old gods. I give the lines an "A" for effort, but that’s about it – they’re really not my area of expertise, either though. (And my time to prepare for the interview was short, so I didn't really waste a lot of time on this question, but rather used the below as a primary source for my answer.) Visit "The UnMuseum" for
