About 2 years ago, I got flamed in a chat room, accused of things that many Christians DO do,
when actually I had done none of them. Simply because I AM a Christian though, you might say
I got "pre-emptively flamed" - by association. Anyway, I was looking at some of my replies just now,
and it's interesting reading which I hope more abductees will take to heart...

Forgive my terseness at some times. You'll see that this was replied to as part of an intense
"cross-examination" (attack even). So be forewarned at least - this is me at my most fed up,
and least congenial. Cut me I bleed (and sometimes even cuss -shhh!). Attack me and sometimes
I turn the other cheek... sometimes not. Starglide and I kissed and made up btw.

Show me one example. I have not pushed my views on anybody, I merely corrected what was said about me that was untrue (the group's moderator backed me on this). You are attacking ME for things that other Christians have done though. I have a website (the content of which I have not even tried to share here) where I freely(*) share this information with any who may be helped by it.

Now look though, let's try and picture that for just a minute, in context folks...

Because of the intense personal nature of abductions, most of us are afraid to speak of it, and we learn painful lessons of ridicule and alienation when we do. Believe me, I know. Now, while I'm one of the first people to effectively (to them) criticize and challenge the church system for writing abductees off as lepers, and failing to minister to some of the most hurting people on the planet because they can't deal with it, I'm an equal opportunity irritant as well. Many abductees still live entity-inspired double lives of fear, paranoia and shame, and rarely speak of their experiences. I lived that life before the Internet was really popular, as have some of you. Then you find a chat room where you can finally breathe a little, and I'm glad. God knows we need the community. But look at me (and yourself) a little closer before we go any further with this.

I wrote a webpage which includes my experiences, which only a very few brave souls dare to do. Additionally, I put my real name on it. I self-published 100 copies as a book. My parents read it. 4 years later, my little brother still hasn't. Some of my work associates did though. Pretty soon, they all know. My church and other friends heard about it - out-of-context reports of course, by those who did not read it - and I continued to show my face in their presence daily. Some of the people I went to high school with know about it. "Did you hear Guy Malone says he was abducted by aliens?" About a year later, I tell these same people that I'm moving (from Nashville TN) to Roswell-freakin-New-Mexico - where I got a different job. People asked why I moved here. I told them - work and church associates alike. Eventually I opened a public location, putting my story and views to the scrutiny of the public at large. My first 2 sites are approaching 100,000 hits apiece. I have a freaking flyer that says "abductee" on it. The GENERAL PUBLIC reads it and asks me about it almost every day, and I deal with it. I've been on camera more times that I can recount, including spoofed to the hilt by Comedy Central - Why? because I'm right here in the middle of Roswell where people and media come to ask their questions - and to take their jabs at all the f'd up alien people. Screw the fact that I don't get paid for this - that's nothing! How much COULD you pay someone to do such a thing? It's not worth any amount of money.

SO... HOW MANY people know you're an abductee? 10 even? I mean in your real life, who you see face-to-face daily and that are not also abductees or alien believers? Yet many moan about how the world doesn't treat abductees fairly or take our plight seriously, which is partly "why you suffer so in silence." No, it's because they don't KNOW about you, nor have had the opportunity to learn from you! I submit to you that MOST of the intelligent, credible abductees who might have a shot at changing public opinion and making this easier for all who suffer similarly, fear for their public reputations too much to stand up and be counted. But then we cheer when Steven Spielberg announces that he's going to make a bazillion dollars selling fictionalized accounts of some of our stories, "finally bring this experience to light" of the real world. Yeh, the real world of Sci-Fi Channel. You can disagree with my views as a Christian all you want, but the truth is that IT'S BECAUSE I'm a Christian that I'm out here in the public eye taking the hits and doing daily what most of you are afraid to do. My Christianity and my willingness to share my views publicly are what's making it easier for you to one day become socially acceptable! Because I'm taking all the public's crap that you won't, and because by the time you ever come out of the closet it'll be passe to call yourself an abductee. It's called a cross, and I know you have one too - but who else knows? All congeniality aside, I challenge anyone reading this to quit (only) crying to each other in the chat rooms - where you're reasonably safe amongst fellow abductees - and get out there and change the world people! Cry to Jesus if it helps (in my experience it usually does), but sooner or later get over yourself and reach out. Look, for example, at what the list moderators are doing with the show. Don't let them hang out there alone, but call in! Tell people. Go on record. Let the world see how sane and human you are. Bust that stereotype of Zelda Zorastrian wide open! Write your stories down. Compile them in a book or on a site. Put YOUR name address and phone number on it and your picture and let people know YOUR TRUTH. It WILL cost you dearly. It IS worth it.

starglide>>> Do you not try
to convince them that they are experiencing an evil presence that
needs to be kept out of their lives if at all possible?

Duh, the "evil presence" speaks for itself. Kidnapping, rape, torture, sexual abuse, embryo snatching, psychological manipulation, yada yada yada. I know that some people (anyone here?) tell of their positive experiences which I have read much of, but there is also a lot of (secular, non-Christian) research that says they are being misled. Derrel Simms (hypnotherapist, co-discoverer of the "implant" along with Dr Lear) describes what he calls "screen-saver memories" implanted by drugs and/or hypno-type procedures which cover the real memories and come up first, if you ever start poking around in your brain, as does Mike Relfe www.marsrecords.com . Eve Lorgen www.alienlovebite.com is another who has documented this. And let's not forget the Late Dr Karla Turner! Another hypnotherapist, Donna Highbee, calls it "Abductee Brainwashing" in a very challenging article that is linked from the AR homepage.

The problem is, with no real paradigm for stopping the experience, it becomes necessary for some abductees to rationalize the experience as a good thing, regardless of evidence (personal even) to the contrary, simply to cope, at least for awhile. (I did.) Most here know it's often compared to the Stockholm syndrome, where a kidnap victim comes to sympathize with or join in the cause of those committing the crime (Patty Hurst). This is intentionally played to the max in some "alien" cases. They know what results are going to arise from their actions toward victims. The shame and isolation are used to manipulate the person into believing they are "special," "chosen," "ambassadors" for them. It's classic mind control / behavior modification, and we're suckers for it. Why? Because the choices are "they're good and therefore I'm special because they chose me," or "they're evil, and I'm their little bitch." Why do you ever expect the government to tell the truth, when you won't admit it yourself?

Yes, I think this presence is evil, and needs to be kept out of one's life "if at all possible" but also with the caveat "if one so chooses." I do try to present all the information one could possibly need to make an informed choice however, whether it's source is Biblical or not. A hurdle to some even considering these views however is that phrases like "evil" are absolutes that many do not readily accept. And I was there once myself. We all know this phenomena is as old as the hills, but many today will not honestly consider that the biblical account of the original hybridization (Genesis 6) is accurate, beyond being a version of a myth that was passed down and screwed up along the way. While many will rightly say this is spoken of in all ancient texts, the Bible is unique among them in condemning these actions as the result of disobedient angels, rather than "gods." The Bible calls them fallen angels. As do I. The Bible also offers Jesus Christ as your way of being free from them.

starglide>>> Have you not
gone to great personal effort collecting information that supports
that view?

You say that as if I would discount info that does not support "that view." I've studied the phenomena extensively. Not as extensively as many, but I try to glean from any who have published their works, then cross reference it much as possible. I HAVE gone to great personal effort collecting ALL of the available information (without leaving out the Bible, and the things that don't say the aliens are here to save humanity, like most seem to). The information as a whole suggests this view however, which is how I formed - and am ever forming - my current view. It's NOT what I would have wanted these experiences to mean though, when first starting out! I was once a New Age alien-hugger myself, but the search for the truth itself is what got me where I am now. The truth as opposed to what I then wanted to be true. It (the quest for the absolute truth of this phenomena) always requires abandoning my previous views and paradigms when new information arises, and today continues to propel me far beyond the realm of what is offered by institutional churchiantity. However, even the best new information I come across affirms the Biblical view presented on my site, even though the "new info" is usually not Biblical or religious in nature. What I mean is David Jacob's work, for instance, along with Jacques Vallee, while both secular, lend themselves incredibly toward what you see on AR, although neither of them profess a religious faith, or have a goal to affirm any particular religion.

starglide>>> Are you saying here that it is NOT your personal belief
that abductees could be rid of their abduction experiences if they
would just accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior?

I do know of times when abductions continued for reasons more complex than you care about, but the general rule in our research and reproducing it's applications with new people, is that it works. But not "just accepting" Jesus as saviour (puh-leze), but learning and utilizing the authority of his name, as well as "closing the doors" that invite the experience itself. It's kind of like experiencing a miraculous healing from cancer but continuing to smoke afterwards, in that regard. Many Christians are to date still harassed, abducted and so on, primarily because they do not abandon the paths that lead to the experience, and/or do not know they have the authority to stop them (either believe you need a sanctioned priest or something like that, or believe the entities are true EBE's utilizing technology, rather than spirit beings more readily dispatched by someone who is not deceived by the alien facade. I do believe also that there is real technology and milabs of course. That is actually a different topic. I used to be unaware of them as they were not part of my experience or many others I've been in contact with. However, ongoing research adds to and changes my views regularly. While angelics are shapeshifters by nature, I'm convinced now that most SHORT greys and some reptillians are homegrown or intentionally crossbred with humans via clandestine experiments. Derrel Simms www.alienhunter.org uses the phrase "286 computers with legs," which I think is appropriate.

(*) Starglide also assumed/accused me
of earning my income from being a minister, which would somehow "wed me" to this view, by obligation. I've left out that exchange, but no... no matter how impressive the site or organization may look to you, I (and the other volunteers who now work at HQ) do not earn a dime of income from this work.
